2. Personal data we process

• When you contact us: the name, phone number, e-mail address, message content and project details (such as plot location and requested work) you share when you call us, write to us on WhatsApp or send an e-mail.
• When you visit the website: through cookie-free measurement, the page visited, language, device type (mobile/desktop), type of referral source (search engine, social media, direct visit, etc.), country- and city-level location, and clicks on WhatsApp/phone links. Your IP address and browser details are not stored; only a meaningless code derived from them, renewed every day, is kept to tell visits apart within the same day. This code cannot identify you and cannot be linked across days.
• Technical records: our hosting provider Cloudflare may briefly process connection data such as IP addresses for the security and operation of the website.

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to your requests and questions, preparing site surveys and quotations
• Carrying out pre-contract discussions and contract processes
• Keeping the website secure and running
• Understanding which pages attract interest through aggregate statistics and improving the website
• Fulfilling our legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary for us to fulfil a legal obligation, and (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests (website security and aggregate visit statistics), provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is shared only to the extent necessary with the infrastructure providers we use and with authorities legally entitled to request it:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security
• Google LLC (Google Workspace) — e-mail correspondence
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — only when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp
• Legally authorised public authorities — where required by law

6. Transfers abroad

As the servers of the providers above may be located outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Method of collection

Your data is collected when you share it with us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail; website visit statistics are collected automatically through the website.

8. Retention

• Requests and correspondence that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years
• Records of contracted works: for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code)
• Website visit statistics: 13 months, after which they are deleted automatically

Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

9. Cookies

This website uses no cookies for visitors and contains no tools that track you across websites (ads, social media pixels, etc.). The WhatsApp invitation bubble keeps track of how often it has been shown only in your browser tab’s temporary storage; this information is not sent to our server and is deleted when you close the tab. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only for the authorised person who signs in to the admin panel.

10. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
